About us

It started on site.

More than a decade ago, Pablo and Manuel started their careers in the event industry, working hands-on as décor installers and carpenters. They spent years on site, learning the industry from the ground up, how things are built, how productions work, and, perhaps most importantly, what it takes to make things happen when the pressure is on.

Over time, they worked their way up the ladder, taking on more responsibility and moving into project management and production. Working on events across different countries and alongside international production teams gave them a broad understanding of the industry and the experience to take on increasingly complex projects.

After years of working in the field, creating Malter Productions was the natural next step.

From the first idea to the finished product.

Today, we work on projects in many different ways. Sometimes we take an idea from concept and design all the way through to fabrication and installation. On other projects, we manage the production, lead teams on site, or provide skilled crews to support our partners.

Whatever the role, we like to stay close to the work. We understand what happens on site because that's where we started.

Over the years, we have had the opportunity to work on a wide range of international events, from high-profile music festivals to major sporting events including LIV Golf and Formula 1.

Every event brings something different. Different locations, different teams, different deadlines and different challenges. That experience has taught us to stay flexible, find solutions and keep things moving when plans inevitably change.
